TREEDKW specializes in high-quality 3D-printed products, including home décor, desk organizers, keychains, Islamic décor, distinctive gifts, and much more.

We also regularly add new models and designs to expand our collection.

2. Are the products ready-made or made to order?

All our products are made to order after payment is received.

3. How long does production take?

Production time depends on the type and size of the product you choose.

Small items such as keychains may take less than an hour to print, while larger products may take several hours or more to complete.

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, in the order they are received. Once your order is finished, we will contact you to arrange delivery.

4. Can I request a custom color?

Yes, you can.

If you would like a specific color, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order.

We will send you photos of the colors currently available so you can choose the right one before production begins.

5. Are the designs you sell officially licensed?

Yes.

TREEDKW only sells products for which we hold the appropriate commercial licenses from the original designers.

6. Do you provide proof before delivery?

Yes.

After the product is printed and inspected, we may send photos or a short video showing the final product before handing it to the delivery company.

This is to confirm that the product left our workshop in excellent condition.

We also work closely with the delivery company to ensure products are transported carefully and protected as much as possible during delivery.

7. What payment methods are available?

We currently accept the following payment methods: KNET, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.

8. How does delivery work?

Orders within Kuwait are delivered through our delivery partner, Riders.

Delivery times may vary depending on the area, order volume, public holidays, and other operational conditions.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before production begins.

As part of order verification, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm order details before printing.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as each product is made specifically for the customer.

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all products are made to order, returns or exchanges are generally not available.

11. Do you ship outside Kuwait?

Currently, we focus on serving customers within Kuwait.

As TREEDKW continues to grow, we hope to expand in the future to offer delivery to the GCC countries.
